Installed Gorilla Garage coating in three car garage.

Two professional workers/representatives arrived at our home to grind and smooth the concrete floor, filled numerous cracks in the concrete, applied Gorilla Garage floor system.

The installers were very punctual, professional, and did an outstanding job in installing our garage floor coating. The work and quality of their product was exceptional.

I met George Frazier at his booth during a lawn and garden show. He explained the differences and the many benefits his floor coating provided over the more traditional epoxy floor coating. He later came out to my house and looked at our garage. We discussed several unique aspects our job would require. We then discussed pricing and a few pricing discounts he could offer. I decided his proposal was reasonable and he prepared a written contract. George was pleasant and not pushy at all. Due to some other work I had planned in the garage, we decided to delay scheduling the installation. George was easy to contact and followed up with my phone calls promptly. Once the job was scheduled, the installation crew showed up on time, as promised and immediately went to work. They continued until the installation was completed that day. They even alternated breaks and lunch. The job took a full day to complete. Within a few hours I was able to walk on the new floor. By the following day, it had cured and I was able to park the cars on it. They did a fantastic job and the new floor looked even better than I expected. I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.

In short, we were extremely happy with the process and with the results. We'd absolutely recommend this company and if we ever move, we would not hesitate in getting our next garage floor sealed by them. We love it. The crew came out in the morning and prepped the existing garage floor by diamond-grinding the existing concrete, as well as filling and smoothing any existing cracks and divots. This was the most time consuming step, and they were meticulous. They then applied the chips (per our color specification) and sealed it with a polyaspartic polyurea coating. The entire process took the entire day. Of note, approximately 6 weeks later we had a small patch that peeled up. We emailed them and the very next day they came out and repaired it. The interesting thing was that it wasn't their floor that failed -- it was our concrete that peeled up with the floor. So it wasn't even Gorilla Garage's fault -- it was a failure of our concrete. But they honor their lifetime warranty, and that means a lot to us that they stand by their work. It's one of the reasons we've been so happy with them. It was worth the price.

George came by and provided an estimate to coat my new homes garage floor. He came over the same day as my call and was punctual. He showed me samples of color combinations and allow to choose my own colors for the final mix at no additional charge. He provided an estimate on site and we scheduled the work to be done within a couple of weeks. George's crew came by and did the work with one day. They did a great job and left the site clean. The technician and his staff did a nice job preparing the garage floor and applying the garage floor product. It looks great.

This was a crew of 3 who all spoke fluent southern accent English. They were all hard working. Usually one would take a break while the other two worked (this is very hard work especially the hands and knees grinding work). I tipped them $20. This floor is a lot more expensive than epoxy, but you get what you pay for. It has been a year and still looks great and solid. You cannot tell where any of the cracks were and it looks almost too good for a garage. We picked a light gray color with sparking highlights. I highly recommend these guys.

Installation of three layers took less than one full day with 72 hour cure. Floor could be walked on within six hours. Prep included diamond grind, fill and regrind, application of color chips and application of sealer. Warranty is lifetime. Representatives and installers were very professional and responsive. Cannot say enough. This was a very good experience. The is review process (talking about Angie's) flunked badly as responsive emails never seemed to work. Hope this one gets to you.

I called George, he came by and gave me an estimate, then we set up a completion date. The guys showed up right on time as scheduled. They worked straight through till the job was Finished. Very Professional team. Job turned out just as I expected to, Great!

They started at 4:30 pm Friday and finished at midnight Sunday. We were open for business on Monday.

I purchased a new home and everything was in great shape, except the basement had previous foundation repair leaving the floor patched and cracked. I noticed an odor in the basement from the previous owner's pets, and I planned on doing a lot of work in the basement and garage, so I decided to get a protective coating to seal out odors in the concrete and easier cleanup. I sent out inquiries to several companies with good ratings on Angie's List and was surprised to receive a response from the Gorilla Garage owner, George, with an offer to call him on his cell so he could explain their product. I'm sure glad he did because it's light years beyond a standard epoxy coating. George came out and measured everything then wrote up an estimate. Even with the various discounts it was still quite pricey, but I'd rather pay more for a solid product with a LIFETIME warranty than have to redo it later. Ididn't have the full amount in cash since I was closing on the house, but George arranged no-interest financing with a reasonable down payment. I wanted to schedule the work to be done immediately after closing, but business is booming and they had several corporate contracts already scheduled. I told George how much it would mean if they could work me in and he made it happen. I closed Friday and they showed up Saturday morning ready to go. It took all day Saturday and most of Sunday morning, but by the time they were through the floor was perfect. They even did the area under my stairs by hand since their machines couldn't fit. As for the product itself, I thought it might be very rough on bare feet, but they did a great job at scraping off the excess flakes and adding an extra clear coat to smooth it out. It has just enough texture to give good traction even when wet, but is still pleasant to walk on without shoes. The two-tone specks help keep dirt and debris from being noticeable so I'm not constantly sweeping, but when I do clean it's a breeze. I mentioned durability and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's tough as nails. I did some construction on the floor and I was a little worried about lumber and metal scraping up my nice new floor. Quite the opposite. While bolting together the stand for my table saw I pressed the painted metal against the floor only to find that the floor's texture had removed the paint as if I had sanded it. It's also worth noting that as soon as the coating was down the pet odor vanished. Our dogs had a few accidents soon after moving in and they cleaned up without leaving any trace. The only area where I do not rate Gorilla Garage as Excellent is their price, which I rate as Good. You get what you pay for and, while it is much more expensive than a cheap epoxy coating, I think it's a fair price for such a high quality product.

They are really good. It turned absolutely outstanding. What makes this product different is that it is polymer based and it is water proof. I even talked to several references that they gave me, one of which was a school. I talked to the principal of the school and he said they coated the entire inside of the bathrooms in two schools with Gorilla Garage elastomeric coating and that is how much they believe in the product; schools bathrooms can get nasty. It is a life time guarantee, lasts forever, and it is impervious to everything. It is hard to believe but it really is an outstanding product. They started and finished on the same day; it was pretty sizable maybe 24 by 40 feet. They were there for around 10 or 12 hours. They are not cheap but I got a much higher quality product. They were reasonable for the product. They were very particular about the end product being absolutely without flaw. Jonathan went around with a little box that he picked out little bit of things that even I would never see out of the coating before it got completely dry, like the little pieces of trash that would blow in, the bugs that would fly in, and so forth. They were just meticulous. The product can be installed anytime of the year; I will not be held up by the weather.
