We needed our dryer duct checked out, knowing it was completely clogged. We made an appointment with Nick to come out. He ended up being able to come out a day earlier than we originally set, which was nice. We were afraid the duct work might need to be completely replaced because it had leaked water previously. It was important to us that we find someone honest, who would not try to sell us a new duct work system if we really didn't need it. Nick was the guy. He was personable, and seemed very knowledgeable about his trade. He determined that the duct work had originally been installed up-side-down, with the seam on the bottom instead of on top. When it clogged completely, the wet air began to seep water through the seam. We feared there was a large hole or complete corrosion of the duct. That wasn't the case, and we did not need a new duct system. We will definitely use Nick again, should the need arise.

Nick was very informative about how to go about getting my dryer hooked up. The vent line that I had was so clogged up with lint that the clothes would not dry. After he was done he checked the air speed and we were very pleased with the result. Good job, I would use his service again and recommend him.
