Using Angie's list I called about 6 contractors total....3 of which were the top ranked on the list. Several did not show up to look at my roof at all. When John came to the house my wife and immediately had a good feeling about him doing the work. He was very straight forward and explained the entire process in detail. Every step of the process was right on time. From the appraisal all the way to the final walk through. It took them 2 days to do the job. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get the old roof off and the new roof put on. The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid. I was impressed with the detail that they put into the work. They painted the plumbing vents and gas vent to match the shingle color which I had no idea they were going to do. I had never seen that done before and it made a really big difference. I would recommend Cand K roofing to anyone who asked. I have had a lot of friends get burned in roofing projects, so I was very cautious in my contractor selection. I made a very good choice. They did a fantastic job.

Marc was very personable and came to the home to provide the evaluation. They didn't charge me more than my insurance company provided despite the insurance company not paying for a portion they had asked to be included. They worked with me through the insurance process and in the end settled for the amount the insurance company would pay. The two day process was seemless for us. They worked quickly, cleaned up well, and the roof looks great. Marc even came back afterward because he had promised to patch a squirrel hole for us and he made good on his promise which was greatly appreciated! All in all I had a great experience with Cand K Roofing.
