I am very pleased with the work Allen Air Care provided. The team arrived on time. They were professional and quiet. All the work was explained to me. For the first time ever the issue of hot spots and cold spots was discussed. I needed to have two dampers installed into the ductwork. My bedroom, which has always been the warmest room in my house is now the coolest! I couldn't be happier! The unit is incredibly quiet and efficient. I highly recommend Allen Air Care. Their work is excellent.

I called the operator and discussed the service call. I put my tenant in touch with the operator, the work was scheduled, and I was called when the repair was suggested. Everything went well and my tenants are happy. It was also a painful lesson in educating my tenants to change the filter!

Everything went smoothly. Everyone showed up when they said the would, the installation is clean with good attention to detail. The salesman was knowledgeable and patient, didn't try to up sale me and answered questions accurately. Allen's did the legwork for getting the energy star rebates from the utility company which was unexpected and appreciated. I went with a system with a two speed compressor which cost more but because the AC runs longer, the humidity is lower and my house is much more comfortable. They matched my best quote for comparable equipment.

I will only use Allen’s Air Car from now on.

Mr. Steve Kirk was very professional and I never felt pressured into purchasing his equipment. Once I decided on Allen's they installed my new unit in a timely, professional, and caring manner. The installation foreman, Charlie was great as well as the entire installation crew. Very pleased with everything they did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

My review isn't about the technician that showed up at my home (who was on time) as it is about the office staff and the customer service. I called scheduling a fall tune up and maintenance, and specifically asked about our tank-less water heater and if it would be part of the service. I would not have scheduled service with them if they couldn't have serviced the tank-less heater, but they said they could, so I set the appointment. The technician showed up and cleaned everything except the water heater and then when I called about it the office staff said my conversation never happened and offered to send someone back out for additional money.

Great. Everything was done that was quoted. The work was done professionally and on time. We got quotes from 3 companies and this company was the best in all categories.

Service tech called to say he was on his way, came in to drop temp to get unit on, went outside and did his job, came back in and checked the thermostat, I signed the paperwork and he left.

Brian cleaned the outside heat pump, checked the Freon, checked the inside unit and gave me a report and good condition of the units.
