Jim was exceptionally great and communicating the problem that I had, the solutions that were necessary and the quality of his work was excellent. He came every time when he said he would until he finished the job I will use him again if the need ever comes up.

Jim communicated every step of the way on what went from trying to suss out a foul odor and apparent water issue in my shower floor to repairing a soaked subfloor that had spread to other parts of my bathroom floor. Having hired other contractors, I saw a high level of attention to detail and quality on the tile installation. He coordinated well with the plumber and painters in what wound up being a bigger project than either of us expected at the start. Iâ ve already recommended his company to four friends and have no hesitation recommending him to others. You might find someone to do a job for a few dollars less. But I know I got quality work that will last.

Jim did a great job removing a delicate measurement of backsplash tile so I could have a new appliance installed. The work was very precisely done and all dust thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend.

Jim Heimberger is a real craftsman. He took the time to do the tile repair right and did everything he could to keep our house clean (vacuum, plastic curtain, dust containment...etc.). The results were great and I really appreciated his professional approach and commitment to quality.

Ed & Jim are "great", very skilled, fast, efficient. Have used both of them individually on multiple Kitchen back splash installations, even at our own home. Won't use anyone else. Safe, honest, friendly and they each know their skill set . On one house we were remodeling had to go thru 3 other company/people to do a bathroom & kitchen - it was terrible. Ed came in knew exactly what needed to be done and did it "very fast" - the house looked "spectacular" after Ed was done. And like I said once I had seen Ed/Jim's work - they're the ONLY ones i use now. We just re-did our Kitchen backsplash and it looks "marvelous". So, don't waste your time or money - get Ed & Jim.
