We moved into our house sept 2015. At that time the previous owner used arrow pest but I previously used cooks, so I had cooks come out and put in their termite bait traps. So when the previous owners contract expired and they called to see what we wanted it to do, we explained we already had cooks install. They said ok and then came and stole all the bait traps because when cooks came to inspect them, guess what was missing. Arrow knew that they were cooks and attempted to screw over my family. This is the stuff they pull!! Stay away!!!!

Our tech was very nice and very polite. I have always loved our techs that come out. They are all super sweet and take their time to make sure they address anything you may have questions or concerns about.
