They were very professional showed up on time wore protective masks and foot covering got right to work as soon as they arrived. They explained as they went everything they were doing. They checked and cleaned throughly all the ducts and dryer vent. Sealed all vents. As soon as they finished the air quality was great.. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their duct work cleaned

This is one of the best companies I have had the opportunity to have come into my home and work. They are very professional at their job and take time to explain what they are doing and why. They really know their job and perform it very well. They cleaned all the duct work in our system and also done the dryer vent as a bonus. I feel they deliver great performance at a great price. Terry and his crew were quick to understand the issue and come to my rescue. Birds had torn off our vent covers and nested in the ducts. They shooed out the birds, cleaned and disinfected the vents, and replaced the vent covers all within about 4 hours of my initial HomeAdvisor request. They went above and beyond, and I am deeply grateful.

Eddie and Aaron Moore gave me a courtesy call and arrived right on time as scheduled. They were both courteous and efficient. I can breath much better now and my wife says it smells better too. I got a great value for my price and they added my dryer duct for free! I would recommend Healthy Home Now for anyone who needs their duct work cleaned.

Eddie and Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning our duct system and vents. We had the written description of what would be done ahead of time. They were prompt, personable, and professional. We saw before and after photos of our duct system. From very dirty, to very clean! We would definitely hire Healthy Home Now again. They did a complimentary cleaning of our dryer vent as part of the service. We could not believe all the lint that came out! They might have saved us from having a fire.

Very nice and knew what they were doing. It didn t take them long to finish the job and they showed me before and after pics to ensure it was done properly. The smell is gone and I would definitely use them again!

I spoke to a representative on the phone who said someone was coming out the next day to give an estimate. They never showed. A week later, a Home Advisor representative reached out by phone to find out about our experience and I told them they were a no-show. I got another phone call that day saying they had car trouble and would come out to do the estimate. They showed up this time and explained what they could do, including providing before and after pictures of the work, so we scheduled the job to be done. I told them I would not be present but the manager could give them a check for the work before they left. According to the manager, they came, but he had no idea what they did as they did not tell him and left without a word. I received an email a few days later asking for payment. In the same email, the field operations manager apologized for taking two calls to get his attention that is not how he conducts business. I responded to the email telling them what the my manager told me happened and that I was promised pictures that I have not seen. I still have not received a response. Apparently this actually is how he does business.
