+ -1 moreAfter waiting a week, he was still wishy washy about weather he could make it to see me and gave me no concrete times he could come. Then he decided to not come after he heard my disappointment over the phone. What a creep.
Description of Work: I called Wes Kissner for a quote after he'd done a driveway for us previously less than a block away. But this time he was completely weird. He kept me hanging for a week, telling me he couldn't get by the house.
