Description of Work: I contacted Walden Plumbing to do some work at my home. The work was not an emergency so we set a date, which did not work out so we set a second date. In the end, Walden Plumbing was too busy to do the work for us so no work was completed.

+ -1 moreUpon arrival to my house, Mr. Dyer took out the existing water heater, set up the new water heater to be installed. Once positioned, he quickly got it completely hooked up and working. I would certainly use his services again.

+ -1 moreGreat work, fair price, good communication. We've used Walden in the past for pumping out a full septic tank, complete replacement of septic pump, and now the hot water heater issue. No problems at all. Very trustworthy! I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: The task was unique. I have a rain water collection system that directs water from the house roof to two cisterns behind the house. Ground was washing away from the foundation of one of the cistern buildings, and I didn't know why. Mr. Dwyer had to create a plan, investigate the cause, apply the right equipment, and formulate a solution. It worked out very well, and at a price I was prepared to live with.

+ 0 morePrior to his (Mark Wilson) arrival he provided a detailed explainatin of the test and why it was important.over the phone. He arrived and answered even more questions I had about the water service and irrigation system in my newly purchased home. He preceded to complete the necessary test in about 20 mins. He was very personable, knowledgeable about water systems as well as knowledgeable the area since he grew up here. I was very pleased with the service and inlisted him to do future work.
Description of Work: Performed a standardized test of a back-flow meter. It is required by the State of Tennessee and Tennessee American Water that these devices pass an annual test. These tests must be performed by testers that are certified by the State of Tennessee.

Description of Work: Performed two jobs shower faucet repair and lawn sprinkler back flow device testing (required by law in our area). He was punctural, polite andn professional. He explained all services and charges. The shower faucet repair was due to a significant leak that had just developed. He came at once and fixed the problem. Definately the one I will use again !!!
