Henry and his crew built a paver patio and fire pit for us. We are very happy with the end result and this company. They were professional, friendly, hard working, and very easy to work with. The crew was on time and cleaned up before they left each day. Henry made suggestion for the pavers and design. You could tell he wanted to do a good job and make sure we were happy . . . and we are! We highly recommend them and will use them again.

We've used him for 14 years. We were very pleased with how it turned out. He is featuring our landscaping project on his website and in his mailer. He knows what I like; he used his judgment on how it to make the project work well. He has the knowledge and staff to do an excellent job. They also come out every week to maintain our lawn. He pays attention to detail for all his customers; that's why his retention rate is so high. I get a good quality for the price I pay. He does what he says he will and is good about communicating with us.

Some of the work was well done and our family is enjoying it. Other parts did not last. Dreamscapes did not complete the work according to our contract. As a result, I had major issues and had to pay another contractor over $28,000 to redo some of the work. Dreamscapes rarely responded to calls regarding needed warranty/follow-up work.. Some was never done.

I called this company before I joined AngiesList. If I had already been a member, I could have saved myself the trouble of calling them and wasting my time. Look at other previous reviews and you will see a pattern. This company came to my home twice to work up an estimate. The second time, the owner of the company also showed up. They took measurements and I explained what I wanted done. They left and never called back. I then saw on Angies List where they have done other potential customers the same way. Another company was more than happy to have the approximate $10,000 worth of business.

It took a few attempts to get him out to the house for the estimate. From there it was like pulling teeth to get any feedback. He noted that he had a few major family issues that came up which is why he was having a hard time following up. I tried again a couple of times to get in touch with him so I could get an estimate and he never followed up.

I would hire them again without any hesitation. it was a difficult job and they handled it without complaint.

Overall Henry's team does a really good job. He is fairly priced and very honest. I guess no one mow's your yard as good as you would yourself, but they are close. I highly recommend them.

Owner and lead man showed up about an hour late. We discussed work we wanted and showed them where to measure. After about 15-20 minutes, saw owner go back to his truck and left without notifying us. Thought odd, but maybe went to put a bid together. After a week, still no contact. Can only assume they didn't want the job, or too difficult. Either way, not very professional.

Henry Hayes and his crew were wonderful to work with! They were prompt, efficient, and neat in their work. They were professional and personable all at the same time -- especially considering I have three small children to work around. We are very pleased with their work and will recommend them to anyone. The wall turned out beautifully!

Excellent. Job was completed promptly and on schedule. No added costs. Mr. Hayes is a very nice man to work with.
