The pullouts are great quality, work as promised and we are completely satisfied. ShelfGenie was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Installation was on time and done quickly and well. The pull outs make finding things in the lower cabinets much easier and saves space since we can now reach everything. There is no wasted space now. We would recommend them and would use them again.

Sales and service were wonderful. Once a quote is given by a sales representative, the actual carpenter comes to the house to do detailed measurements. It then takes 6-8 weeks to make the units. Although the price seemed high, we were getting custom-made shelves and pullouts, so I guess it can be expected. The installer was professional and a perfectionist and it shows in his work. I have no qualms about the integrity of the product and know I can have any problem fixed immediately. So happy with my new shelves.

Existing kitchen is large, well-designed and efficient. However, as I age and develop flexibility problems, I found that getting heavy items off lower shelves became much harder. Shelf Genie made several good suggestions for making the existing space more accessible, carefully measured my existing cabinets, and built pull-out shelves for 6 base cabinets. Because they carefully measured and designed the shelves, the installation took only about 3 hours. They arrived promptly -- even a few minutes early! -- and completely cleaned up what little mess they created. Working with the consultant and the installer was a pleasure. I was very pleased with the project and would call them again to help with storage issues in other rooms.

It went very nicely. The Shelf Genie shelves make a huge difference in the amount of storage and convenience. Solid quality. We were able to determine placement of the shelves so they would suit our needs. Attractive looking shelves, we like the idea that they slide all the way out.

It went poorly. I showed a picture of what I wanted for dog food center with space for a bin. I did not get what I wanted at all. I got a box made of plywood on a pull out metal glider. This I could have gotten out of a catalog for less than $75.00. I was not home for the installation but was spouse was. I returned from the hospital with my Mom minutes after he left. I immediately called and told him of my dissatisfaction and told him to come remove it as it wasn't what I wanted at all. I was told he would speak with the "designer" and call me back. He never did but he sure cashed the check!
