+ -1 moreI'm not sure of the date he came out but it was very hot outside and I explained to him what I wanted done and he told me he had been to another home on my street and had the same problem. He offered alternatives since the ground was rocky. The representative Very professional, on time and friendly.
Description of Work: He came to my home to see if was possible to install a private fence in my backyard.

+ -1 moreI replaced my front and back doors with Pella lifetime warranty doors. I had their installers do the job. They did a great job. They had a promotion going on, I got $600 cash back on the doors.
Description of Work: I did buy 2 new Pella doors and a storm door from Lowes and I had their installer do it.

+ -1 moreI WAS UNHAPPY BECAUSE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE SOME REPLACEMENT PLYWOOD. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT, THEY WANTED TO ADD ANOTHER $1200 TO THE BILL. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DIDN'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY ON HAND AND THE INITIAL QUOTE WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. NOW I HAVE TO TRY TO CORRECT THE 'WAVY' ROOF LINE WITHOUT DAMAGING MY NEW TAR PAPER AND SHINGLES. I AM STILL FINDING ROOFING NAILS IN MY YARD.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW ROOF FOR A 1700 SQ.FT. RANCH WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SHELBYVILLE. THEY SCRAPED OFF THE OLD STUFF.
