AVU Heating & Air

The heat had gone out before a big storm that had the power out for days. AJ from AVU met me at the house on a Sunday after the power came back on. Miraculously, the heat was working. He checked the furnace and thermostat and could find nothing wrong. He was honest and said he didnâ t want to start replacing things, but said he was just 15 minutes away if it happened again. He could have charged for things and we wouldnâ t have known any different, but he didnâ t. AJ has integrity and is honest. We are starting a service contract with AVU because you wonâ t find anyone better than AJ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We needed service for our Furnace .Called AVU Talked to AJ. And made appointment He did a Wonderful Job and was very nice And replaced the parts we needed Its nice to know we have someone we can rely on We do recommend Him and will save his card just in case we need him again Ty

I would hire this company again. The owner of the business quickly analyzed my problem and recommended the best fix. He then installed a zone system for my HVAC that works great.

AJ came out and charged me 69 dollars to diagnose problem with heat. He said the contactor was bad and it would be 375.00 to replace. I paid him 69 dollars and picked up the contactor and replaced it myself. Part was 15.00 dollars. After replacement of contactor it did same exact thing as before. I called AJ and he said that's why he does the work and not the customer. I've had alot of experience in the electrical industry. He wanted to charge me again to come out. This is unacceptable as his diagnoses was wrong. I will never use him again and don't recommend him.

AJ was amazing. He found the problem another HVC company told us we’re have to just get use to the issue—-a high pitch whistling sound. AJ found the problem and fixed it immediately. His price was incredibly fair. I think this Veteran must of learned determination through his service. I would give this man 10 stars on the review if it were possible.

I can t say enough good things about AJ. He called and we set up the appointment, he was right on time, and he did excellent work with a polite, friendly attitude.
