Weakley County Fence

It was excellent. The worker was very meticulous about getting it right and when he does his work he does it right.

Overall, it was a decent experience. I wasn't thrilled with the price I was charged, but we were getting a custom fence built around a very large yard, so I suppose it wasn't completely outrageous. The company owner was very responsive at first, showing up to my house multiple times to take measurements and discuss different types of fences. Work started on Valentine's Day and took a little over 2 weeks to complete. At the time the work was being done, the only complaints I had were that the workers cut my cable line (but spliced it back together later) and left trash and cigarette butts, as well as discarded cement chunks, everywhere in my yard. However, I was pleased that they asked before trimming or cutting down bushes in the way of the fence. Additionally, I was pleased when they realized my husband's John Deere mower/tractor wouldn't fit through the gate and built another one free of charge. I was surprised when the company owner asked me to pay the full amount before the fence was completed, and I was very upset when I found they had used ugly, water-damaged boards in a portion of the picket fence. I had to call multiple times to get them to come out and replace the water-damaged boards. About one month after installation, the main entry gate began sticking badly, requiring a lot of force to open. I also found that, along one 8-foot section of fence, huge sharp two-inch-long nails were sticking through the wooden boards and could easily injure a child or pet brushing up against the fence. I called the company owner four times over a 3-week period, and had to mention that if a child were injured on those nails their company might be legally liable, before they came out and fixed the nails and the gate. Currently, after it rains, the gate still sticks, but it's much better than it was. Overall, I would recommend using Weakley County Fence (perhaps see if you can figure out a way to pay less than I did), but you need to stay on top of what they're doing in your yard and call the owner a lot if you want things done properly.

It only took them a few hours to dig the holes and put the fence up. They came up to my door to make sure I liked it, and could have never been more happy.
