Description of Work: I already submitted a report via US mail. Will you post that report? He said he would come out on 10/3/11 to look at the job and never showed and never called back.

Description of Work: Mr. Garrison responded quickly to my call and was able to come on the day I needed him and complete the work quickly. He and his staff were professional and cleanup up after closing up the holes in my ceiling.

Description of Work: 11/18/2010: Siding Repair: Roof leak was found to be as a result of poor siding installation when home was built. Leak source found and siding installed and ceiling replaced. One year warranty provided. 6/22/2011: Called & informed Wayne that ceiling leak re-appeared. Leak was more pronounced than prior to his repair. he informed me that he was out of state and in the middle of a major project. He would send an associate to review the leak. 7/25/2011: Called & informed Wayne that his associate never inspected the leak. He apologized and said he would make sure the associate would assess the repair. No appearance of associate or Wayne September 26: Phone message left on cell-phone October 11 & 14: Phone message left on cell-phone November 18 & 19: Phone message left on cell-phone and land-line; no response December 3: Phone message left on cell-phone & land-line; no response. I travel frequently. Therefore, the above gaps in my phone calls are a reflection.

Description of Work: I used Wayne Garrison to replace some siding on the back of the house and put cement around the post of the deck.
