Service Plus Garage Doors

The company has a showroom that makes it very easy to choose the garage doors. The doors were ordered immediately and installed as soon as they came in. The crew was punctual and very nice. We love the new doors.

Debbie went beyond normal help to exchange a poor quality new opener provided by the seller of a home we just purchased for a much better unit, at no charge to us. She then dispatched an installer to help us program the new opener and install the exterior keypad. He showed up within 45 minutes, and completed the work in half an hour. The installer was neat, efficient and easy to work with. We will definitely use this team for all future garage door needs.

Great Price and excellent service, technician arrived on time and did a great job on the installation even replacing a piece of damaged insulation from one of the panels that was not replaced with the insulation of one of the panels that was damaged on the exterior side. Would definitely contact again for any future Garage door repairs.

Very pleased with the job that Service + did in replacing a spring on my garage door. They were very price competitive, they were able to get it fixed the day I called. Jason also adjusted the opener so that it worked better. I will definitely use them again.

I called them for a free estimate on repairing my garage door.They state they do free estimates on there profile page. But when i called them for the estimate they stated that they do free estimates on new installations and not repairs. That it would be a $60 service call and price of parts to fix it. Then i asked to get the estimate and he said no and that no one will give a free estimate for a repair job..

He was great. He tuned up both of my garage doors and didn’t charge me anything extra. He said the doors were in good shape but two things needed to be replaced. I would recommend him. He was on time and did what he needed to do. He didn’t make a mess and I was very pleased.

I am very pleased with Service Plus Garage Doors. Their representative was here first thing in the morning and finished the work by 11:00, when I had to leave. The garage and driveway were cleaned of debris, the installer was professional and did not waste time, and the old door was hauled off. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Debbie, the office manager, is very friendly and accommodating. I needed to change my installation date, and Debbie did it with a smile. She was very willing to price out various doors for me as I was deciding which door I wanted. I recommend this company (and Debbie!) if you need a new garage door.

Technician showed up at exactly the time I had been given and had all work completed and cleaned up in about an hour and 15 minutes. Pleasant and efficient. No sales pitch to needlessly replace other items like I have experienced from other garage door companies. I will use Service Plus in the future.

encoded a new code to be punched in to manually raise the garage door on keypad; however did not leave a manual or tell me how to change the code myself. I will have to call him back.

I told and showed him the problem. He took about 30 minutes to fix it.

Very responsive so the wife could use her closer during the recent cold weather. It took a few shots to replace the lock on my door, but everything is great now. I especially appreciate Debi and her phone calls as we tried to find mutually convenient times to complete the job.

The provider came out and serviced the door. I have used the door and paid extra for a new universal door open and it only worked twice. I have made an attempt to contact the provider. They said they will be charging me $65 to come out to fix the door. They claimed that I had knocked something loose. I was able to close the door using the hard wired opener on the wall. However, I cannot use the wall opener and do need a portable opener. I would like them to replace the garage door opener for free.

Someone in our family backed into the garage door. Needless to say it was quit a dented mess. We managed to get the door up, but was unable to get it back down. This happened on a Friday. We had a company come out to check on it. They were 3 hours late getting here & did not give us the courtesy of a call letting us know they were running way behind. When the guy arrived he said he might be able to find replacement parts. He said if not, he would give us a quote for a new door. He was suppose to call us back. Since we did not feel very comfortable with him, I put a call into Service Plus Garage Doors. I figured since it was Friday & getting late in the day, we would have to wait for them to look at it. I was wrong. Someone was able to come out in about an hour. He looked at the door, physically examined it & bent it back enough so that it would close & open. He also said he would look into finding replacement parts, but stated that a lot of the time a new door cost just a little more than going this route. He explained that the new door would have a warranty. He left & within a couple of hours they contacted us back letting us know that they found replacement parts but like he said the new door was only about $100.00 more. So we choose the new door. (note the other company had still not gotten back with us yet). At this time we set a date for them to come with the new door. It took a few days since it did have to be ordered. It was not an inconvenience for us since he fixed the door so we could at least put it up & down. They came & put the door up in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves. After they left, I noticed later in the day that there was a dent about the size of a quarter in the insulation. I called to let them know & they made arrangements to send the guy back the next morning to replace the insulation panel & make it right. It is a welcomed treat when a company will stand behind their workmanship & product. Everyone I came in contact with at this company was very cordial & they all seemed very knowledgeable. They even worked with me on giving me a discount. If you use them, be sure & see if they are running any specials at the time. I have no reservations about hiring them again. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I am so glad that this family business came to Seymour. BTW the other company got back to me with an answer about 4 days later & their quote was quite a bit higher. Glad I went with my instinct & called Service Plus Garage Doors.

Service Plus Garage doors were professional at every stage of the process. From the first phone call, to scheduling, to the prompt and professional completion of the job. And now, after a few weeks to be sure that the product performs as advertised, I am happy to give this firm my highest rating.

I called Service Plus in the morning and was given a time for service later that same afternoon. The office staff was very courteous and professional. They were able to give me a price based on my description of the problem. Actual charges were same as estimate. The worker set about to replace the broken springs and cables immediately and was done in short order. He also sprayed the rollers and all moving parts with silicone spray (no charge for that). This is the second time I have used Service Plus, and will most definitely use them again if needed. I don't know how they could have provided any better service or price.

From the first contact with company representatives, until the installation staff cleaned up the last piece of debris from the installation, I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and service provided.
