Excellent communication and status updates but was late arriving likely due to holiday traffic and weather

scheduled appointment to fix plumbing problem and waited. After appointment time past, I called for update and was told they would NOT work on the project. They would not call to cancel but waited for me to call them (after I waited for the appointment time) to tell me they would not work the job.

The technician was a few minutes early, figured out the problem quickly and solved it. I would hire him again.

One Service had an immediate opening and did an awesome job. Professional and punctual. I would definitely call them back to work on my house again.

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and quick.

Keith was honest and we got out unit up and running!

Project: new compressor on AC unit. They responded quickly and came out to check the unit the next day. It took a week for them to order the compressor and come back to install it. Keith was very pleasant to deal with. Had some difficulty with the installation and had to come back the following day to complete the installation. I felt it was a little overpriced.

I have to say this company is exceptional and exceeded all of my expectations.. They had done electrical work for me a for me a couple of years ago and I was greatly impressed then, Recently I had a severe septic plumbing emergency and they were so prompt to get here on Saturday to fix it. Josh was the plumbing service Tech that came out and he was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the issue and correct it. It took a lot of snake camera work and tools to clear my backed up pipe that was full of tree roots and years of debris. He even went above and beyond to come back the following Sunday to help me put the rootx chemical treatment in. All of the technicians that I have met are above and beyond professional, clean cut and even dressed nice. I highly recommend them and Will definitely continue to use them in the future. Thank you!

These guys are truly a class act. We put in a call for an estimate late Th night and they got back to us and were at the house by 11am the following day. They found the problem quickly, the cost was more than reasonable and then, we made a mistake and they came back out and fixed something else. Can not recommend them enough and will be using them in the future! Thanks, Rusty and Dawson!

David Branch was on time. He immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it effectively and quickly. He was courteous and I would definitely hire him again.

Just be sure to explain where you might want electrical put, seems I didnâ t make sure on several of my locations & not what I wanted. They were very qualified to do the work.

Excellent service. Was able to arrive several hours before the scheduled time. Very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable...and a fair price.

Showed up on time. Troubled shot the problem, and came up the solution. Took a little longer than expected. Problem was fixed.

If you go with this company, be sure to request David and/or Rusty for your electrical jobs, they are excellent! However, I cannot say that about all of their employees. The first tech they sent out was not an electrician and had very little knowledge about how to remove an old bathroom light/fan/heater and install a new one. They eventually got the job done but I overpaid because of the first techs incompetence.

Charlie arrived on time, got right to the problem, and gave me a price in short order. He was respectful of us by wearing a mask. The problems was fixed immediately at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company miost highly.

Michael did an excellent timely job and was friendly. I plan to ask for him for future electrical needs. One Service Pros is very responsive to calls and scheduling.

Charlie and David came and installed two ceiling fans! They did an excellent job. I would totally recommend them to amyoneâ
