No show first day then two hours late the next. Arrived with no parts for the job and gone another hour to Home Depot. Then wanted to charge me the extra hour trip! Office kept making excuses and lied about schedule.

Four the amount of time he was here the amount charged was high to me. It took less time to fix the light than it did to bring in lader

The technician was knowledgeable, did troubleshooting and explained everything very well so this layman understood what was going on. Plus she was a delight.

The first visit was fabulous. I believe it was Mike and Keith. I would have them back any time Kenny was also a big help. After the 2nd duo came, well they charged me for time that they didn't work and i got no response. I did get a very quick response on getting them here. And they wasted no time cashing that 2nd check. I believe after work customer service is just as important as the initial service. If I could take a pic and add here I would. I now have staggered outlets on one wall which when the drywall goes up will look ridiculous. So I have to have that taken care of. and the 2nd duo rewired my outlets wrong so now one doesnt work and I have to have that done too. But with no response from the office Im assuming I will have to repay for that.

the electrician was super friendly. He arrived and immediately started doing the work and it was done in like 45 minutes. No they did have a mistake by not actually scheduling the original day they were supposed to come they made it up and were here within 2 days and did the job. They probably would have come earlier but I asked for it to be two days later for my own convenience. Definitely plan to use them again.

The man who came and performed the service is very nice, well mannered and attentive. I hope you will put this on his record. He did everything I requested. Again he is very well mannered and eager to please and did everything requested.

I am 74 I never write reviews but when you get service this exceptional you owe it to the company. I called no power one side of the house they sent someone in a few hours. Their rep was fantastic we could have had a house fire due to faulty heater and outlets Extremely through and polite Hire them you will be glad you did. Price was very fair

Outstanding customer service (as usual). You can't improve on perfection, (although they seem to keep trying). These people take care of business, and they do it right! I won't go ANYWHERE else!

Everything that did was top rate and they cleaned up after themselves and did as they said they would 100% satisfied with their work and their price. Plan on hiring them again in a few weeks when I can be at home.

First they came to the house and gave me an estimate of cost for the work to be preformed. Two inside wall light fixtures and one outside pole light to be replaced. We set up an appointment and the technician arrived right on time. introduced himself and started work immediately. All 3 of the fixtures were replaced in the allotted time. One of them did require more time than expected but is was due to wall housing being loose and had to repaired. I was treated more than fairly. The completed job was neat and the old fixtures set aside correctly. I would hire this company again and would recommend them without any apprehension.
