ONE Service Pros

They arrived and were quick to analyze the problem/s and solve them.They checked both air conditioners and discovered the fan was not working due to ice build-up outside on the pipes of one A/C. We needed freon for one but the ice had to melt before it would start up. These men were professional and took my husband through the steps they took to fix it. I was happy about the price being less than expected as I always expect the worst! This company is the best!

After I had gotten a confirmation for the date and time of service, they asked for 50% deposit down. The first day of the job they were an hour and a half late. The second day they were at least a half hour late. In my back yard I have a tile path and they drove a trencher over it and busted one of the tiles. The company overall was very unprofessional. When it came time to pay the installer they had come out was able to pull up my credit card information right on his phone. That was scary and now i have to keep an eye on my billing statements because I don't know who all this company gave my credit card information out to.

Company came out and charged me a trip charge for the work. They spent 15 mins with me and told me that had to order a part for the repair of my ceiling fan. When I called to follow-up with them, they said they never ordered the part and wanted another $100 to come back out. When I disputed the need for a second charge they told me too hire someone else. Very poor customer service.

I hired One Service Pros to hang a chandelier in my formal dining room. The two men that came out were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job for me at a reasonable price. I have used this company for different services because THEY CAN DO IT ALL!!!!!! All of there team members have been extremely professional and knowledgeable. Did their job in a timely manor and for a very reasonable price. Will be hiring them again soon to finish the things on my to do list.

Our experience with One Service Pros was outstanding from start to finish. We had them add some electrical outlets in our home, including installing an outlet for the outdoor patio area in case we want to mount a tv outside in the future. They also replaced some light fixtures in our kitchen, and helped us set up our new security system, helping with sensor placement. Our technician was on time, very respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable. He was able to add all of the outlets without the need for added sheetrock repair/work. We highly recommend this company if you need any electrical work. They also do plumbing/HVAC work, so our technician told us to give them a call if we ever need those services in the future as well, which we will certainly do.

We had a plumbing leak into our laundry room that destroyed some of the electrical outlets there. Got a next-day visit to do the estimate from Kenny. Price was very reasonable so we went with it. Brett came the next day to do the work. Did a very professional, meticulous job and cleaned up after himself. Both Kenny and Brett were pleasant, informative and helpful. Would definitely hire One Service Pros/One Electric again.

Kenny helped us with multiple electrical repairs. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and he made the process very easy. We so appreciate it and are happy to have found someone reliable and reasonably priced. We hope not to need more repairs soon, but if we do we know who to call. Thank you! :)
