+ -1 moreI gave him $2800 to buy shingles to do my roof. $2500 was a certified check, and he needed cash, so I gave him the additional $300 in cash. He did nothing to the roof. He lied about doing the job, and he also said that he is licensed to do home improvements in Tennessee. I spoke with an attorney and he told me that he is not. He simply took my money.
Description of Work: I contacted him to fix my roof. The approximate cost above is just the down payment for the job.
