Description of Work: I purchased a repossessed property that had been setting vacant for over a years. Additionally, it had gas (propane) heat/ac and gas water heaters. Naturally, there were several leaks (as noted on a home inspection worksheet) and the water heaters were inoperable. Brian came by and reviewed the property, noted the work that needed to be done as well as some replacement parts. We scheduled a work date as parts needed to be ordered. Brian and the parts were there when he said they would be and all work was completed within the day. First, he replaced firing elements for the heaters so we could heat the house. He checked to make certain all of the registers were functioning properly. The water heaters needed new ignitors to fire the elements to heat the water. We have dual HVAC and water heater systems, so he had double the work. Being a newcomer to gas appliances, he also tested and showed me how to operate the two gas fireplaces in the house at no additional charge. After completing the work and being paid, Brian called the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. His prices were extremely fair given the quality of work and service I received. Kudos to Brian and he will get all of my HV/AC - Gas business.
