Austin and his crew worked quickly and showed up on time as discussed every time. They replaced an old rotten deck and were the only ones who suggested solutions to address the drainage issue that caused the inks one to rot. The quality of work is great and communication was always smooth. Highly recommend A Maintenance!

Would definitely use them again and highly recommended them to my family and friends. I also hired them to help was several other small jobs while they were painting to help get Condo ready for move in. The work was excellent and on time! Austin and his crew were great! We hired them on a referral from a neighbor. I needed the entire top floor 3bed/bath/liv room/ kitchen and dining re-floored. They worked efficiently and kept the house clean throughout the process. He is great with his pricing and immediately let us know of any issues. Honest and hard working crew, we will use them again for more projects.

I hired Austin who owns/works with A+ Maintenance to paint the living room in my $700K home. My living room is not just four walls and a ceiling; it has 10 lumens in each door of French doors going into a formal sitting room, another door with 15 lumens going into my home office, a brick fireplace from floor to ceiling, a door-sized window with French door-style plantation shutters looking out onto my patio, and another door going into my kitchen. It has beautiful base and crown molding around the entire room, befitting of a home of this quality. Austin and his partner, Steven, took on all of the challenges, they listened well to what I wanted, they asked the right questions, they communicated extremely well with me and each other, and 5 working days later, they delivered to me a product that is absolutely stunning in its appearance and a room that I am extremely proud of. The walls are without any blemishes, the moldings, the French doors, the louvers on the plantation shutters, the brick fireplace, and the other doors are all gorgeous and finished at a level that simply elevates the entire home. I would absolutely recommend these two professional painters to anyone for any painting project they need to have done in their home. I enjoyed having them in my own home and will call on them again to do future projectsâ ¦

If youre fine with not getting what you paid for, go for it. I was under the impression he was doing my ceiling work AND painting like what was talked about during the quote. Come to find out that I just paid $1k just for popcorn removal and a skim coat. Was told it would potentially bleed into Tuesday of the following week, (thinking I was getting painting done also) but after seeing the work that was provided, Im not understanding how it wouldve been a weeks worth. Austin tried to make it right by offering to paint for a couple hundred extra so I took his bait. Now he has left me screwed due to not able to do the job I will be telling everyone not to use them.

Austin listened to what I wanted done, reviewed all the plans (we live 6 hrs away). Communication was very important because we were so far away. Austin completed 2 shower remodels on time and as promised. I would highly recommend him!

Austin was referred to us, when we needed new LVP flooring installed in our condo. We live out of state, Austin was professional and easy to communicate with. He did beautiful work, sent pictures and videos of the project along the way. We have since hired Austin to repair, texture and paint a ceiling. And he is currently repairing drywall and water damage from a leak. Austin and his team work hard, give attention to detail and have pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to do business with him in the future.

Austin, Steve and Jerry are awesome to work with. We recently purchase a home that needed a lot of remodels. We hired Austin and his crew right away. Every single day they were here at 7am and started working immediately. Scope of work was huge, but it was not a challenge for them: texture ceiling removed, vaulted ceiling and beams painted, guest bathroom demoed, living room walls expanded and drywalled, kitchen demoed, new light fixtures installed, bathtub installed, copper pipes replaced. Great communication, outstanding results. We couldn't be happier with everything. Already recommended to our friends who have a list of projects to complete. A+ service. Definitely will hire Austin and his crew again!

Austin was great to work with - honest, fair, and communicated well throughout the entire process. Austin worked with us to ensure our needs were met with the budget we had and even provided advice as we worked our way through some of our other DIY projects we were working on in the same workspace.
