A+ Maintenance

When it comes to communication, Austin is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. He stayed in contact with me throughout the project with daily updates and always let me know when to expect his team's arrival each day. Each person he assigned to the project was courteous and competent. A+ Maintenance provided drywall & ceiling installation, priming and painting, flooring installation and trim. The team also painted a rooftop dormer on our garage and and repaired the roof after spotting some an area where shingles were missing. Austin himself went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the final product, returning several extra times of his own accord to add finishing touches for a final result that I am very pleased with. He'll be the first person I call if I need any construction assistance in the future.

After submitting my drywall & painting project needs to Homeadvisor, I was contacted by several contractors who expressed eagerness to submit an estimate. I scheduled appointments with 3 contractors. Only one showed up: A+ Maintenance. I was impressed with Austin's professionalism. I accepted his estimate. The project was completed in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. I will use A+ Maintenance for future drywall and painting projects.

Austin and his team are amazing! Spencer does the most amazing job at tile. Thanks to their hard work, our work in progress basement is finally finished. Austin met with us to conduct a walk through and asks what our thoughts and needs were. He scheduled our sealing and paint needs as quickly as his schedule allowed. We had a unique need for a shellac lacquer primer/sealer. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was fair and honest with his quote. Spencer and Eric were the crew he assigned to us. They met all of our expectations in fine fashion and went above and beyond in their demeanor, promptness and ability to foresee what we as consumers might not see. We plan on hiring A+ again in the near future to replace the grout in our kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you Austin.

Working with Austin and his team was a breeze. They were able to smooth our ceilings quickly and with excellent quality. Spencer went above and beyond with keeping us informed of the progress and helping put the finishing touches on the work. Austin, the owner, is a young, enthusiastic man that loves his work. It showed in everything he did. From talking with me about the job, to completing and cleaning up. He had to adjust as a few problems cropped up, but he handled them easily. His staff were as dedicated as he. I was most pleased with the team and the finished work.

I live in Colorado and own a house in Oak Ridge making this a long distance contracting job which included some twists and turns like a double layer drywall ceiling. Through it all Austin and his crew did great work from start to finish. Communication was easy and responsive. I would strongly recommend A+ Maintenance for any work you need to get done. They are going to be my "Go To" team!

The quality of the finishing of the drywall was poor. You can see the joints. Some are low, you can see the tape, some are high, you can see lumps. Looks really bad at night when shadows are cast on it my lighting. Austin did come back to try to correct the issue, but he could not. During this time, he also did not cover items in the house, therefore, there was drywall dust everywhere.

They worked very hard and made sure the job got done on time. The job was exactly what we wanted and they were very thoughtful and cleaned up after themselves. They even put our trim back in place efficiently, completely the room in record time. We highly recommend them!

They have great experience. Actually showed up early! Two very nice gentlemen did a great job! ... They did a full cleanup of the area. Repainted the ceiling and walls. They left the bedroom in better shape than it was before the damage.

I cannot say enough about A+ Maintenance. They are super easy to work with. They installed and finished drywall for a renovation project at my home. There were some tricky areas that had been damaged during the demolition and they patched them perfectly. My kitchen contractors were also very impressed with their work. I highly recommend them. They were friendly and showed up the same day they were scheduled to. We were up against a deadline and they got the work done on time. Only concerns were the quality of the work was not as professional as I would have liked and they did not really clean up after themselves very well and we had renters coming in the next day. All in all, considering everything, I was satisfied.

It took a while because I ran out of tile and grout. Austin was good about keeping me up to date.

Hardworking , conscientious and honest. Prices very reasonable. And they came when they said they would.
