We've been pestered by critters in our walls for years in winter. My wife called our exterminator about mice and mentioned this problem. He recommended this service. Chase Young, the owner, came out and did a free estimate. We accepted and he began his work sealing off entry points. Flying squrrels can get through a gap the size of a dime. They can also create that gap. He used materials I didn't even know existed. He made numerous trips as he had to apply materials that needed to cure. He was concerned about a gap about the hot water tank vent because of the fire danger from the heat generated. He researched the problem, acquired a product and applied it in a two visit process. Finally, he inserted a trap high off our chimney that was a one way exit for the squirrels. As they exited into the trap he would then come back and retrieve them for re-release far away. It took four days. Our home is now squirrel and mouse free. Mr. Young is very professional and knowledgeable. He has a degree in environmental science. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I didn't even know such a service existed. We've put up with the critters for years, always afraid they would cause a fire by chewing on electrical wiring.
