They were wonderful. The guys were very professional. The office girl let you know that the guys are on their way or if they are running late, which they hardly ever were. It was a really good experience and I am very happy with their work. For the quality of work that we received, I definitely think the price was right in line. Their quality of work was exceptional.

From the very beginning my experience was top notch. I saw an ad for their service, and since my husband had just had surgery we had been discussing hiring someone to take care of our 1.5 acres yard. So we called their number and I immediately was connected to a person. The office manager, Alison, was very friendly and professional. She was not only eager to answer any questions I had, she was very knowledable about the services they offered and provided me with excellent customer service start to finish. She asked me a few questions to get me going. And then she set up a time for the crew to come and give us a quote. She even made sure to call me when the crew was on their way to my house, she provided me with an estimated time of arrival, and even told me the names of the people that would be arriving to do my work. When the 2 guys arrived, Donnie and todd, they were very professional, and you could tell that customer service was this companies number one priority. They were both in uniform which made me feel comfortable. Their equipment was very nice.They gave me a fair quote for my work, and even gave me a 1st time discount which saved me a lot! They also gave me a couple of coupons to pass out to my neighbors, friends or family! Their quality of services was very good. They were very quick, and very efficient, and even checked in with us before they left to make sure we were happy with the work they had done. and we were most definitely! We paid them when they were done and scheduled a time for them to call us and come back again. We would most definitely refer them to our neighbors, and anyone we come accross that is looking for lawn service.
