Services we offer
We manufacture unique, reclaimed, hand distressed and custom hardwood flooring.
They do their own flooring, they put the color on it manually, ect. The construction company sent us to them, so we were not able to choose which company to use. We had to hand pick through each piece to pick the best ones since the edges were very damaged. The floor has started cupping already and did within 3 months. This should not happen unless thier is moisture or the floor was not dried out well enough before installing. We tried to call them, my husband even stopped by the office, but they won't even talk to us. They wanted our deductable of $1,000 in cash (which sent up a red flag), because it was so stressful and we were going through so much we went ahead and complied. Every step we take on the floor shows on our sock prints. I just now called them again today for them to come take a look, the lady talked to the guy and called me back and said we were too difficult and said they would never contact us again. This flooring is a constant battle, but our footsteps in socks are constantly showing. It is very hazy so it looks like the finish is coming off of it. The big thing is, is they won't even help us nor talk to us. They claimed to stand behind their product, but this doesn't seem to show that standard. I feel like if they were legitimate they would come out to take a look to maybe repair it or give us suggestions. We have had hardwood before and never had this kind of problem with them. We would not hire them again and I want to warn others about this company. Also, the girl that called me back hung up on me and said they don?t want to be bothered by us. She didn?t give me the courtesy of hearing me out and just hung up. I think that was very unprofessional.
Description of Work: It was an insurance job where we had a leak and had to have the floor replaced.
