+ 0 moreAbsolute disaster. My rental bookings are down over 30% from previous years as a result of these negative reviews. AVOID at all costs. My new maintenance & cleaning co. are a pleasure to work with; night and day compared to Southern "Harm".
Description of Work: Hired them to clean & maintain my rental cabin in Pigeon Forge. Paid them $2745 up front for a 1 year service contract. After 3 months of issues not being taken care of (repairs, maintenance issues, uncleanliness, etc.) and negative reviews from guests I confronted them and they quit, keeping all of the moneys received. After refusing to refund any of my money I am forced to sue them in small claims court and have a court date set for August.
