Smoky Mountain Upholstery

He came and looked at the sofa to be repaired. Told me he would have to locate the handle that was broken and would replace it. Didn't hear back for weeks, but what I didn't realize was that he had been in the hospital and that caused some delays. It was my fault that I mentioned earlier that I had paid the $49.00 but looking back it was another vendor that I had paid. I apologize for my prior remarks and at that time I was frustrated but still would like to make this right. I would definitely use them again. They also stood by their word and did not charge for the part or repair even after I offered to pay it. Thank you! Tammy Rhoden

Mr. Jeffers responded to all my emails quickly with answers to my many questions. He provided me with a quote quickly. He was so knowledgeable and prompt. He picked up the chair, made it look like new and delivered in to my house. The workmanship is amazing. He saved my grandmother's chair and made my family and I so very happy.

This is the second time I used Smoky Mtn. Upholstery to do some upholstery work for me. Previously, they reupholstered a large couch for me. (See previous review) Because they were so easy to work with and did such a fantastic job, I had them do these 3 additional pieces. Once again, their work was fabulous and I love my "New" furniture. I will always call them first for any upholstery projects in the future and I will always recommend them to anybody needing upholstery work done. They are very knowledgeable as well as fun to work with. It is so nice to work with experts that enjoy their craft and operate with integrity and honesty. Thanks guys!

I could not be happier! They went above and beyond to give me a truly quality piece of furniture. I was able to choose my fabric from a large selection at their shop, though I was not pressured to buy from them. I am getting ready to have them reupholster 3 more furniture pieces for me. I highly recommend them!
