He was great. I was a small job and agreed to be a fill-in for when he was in my area. It worked out fine. He called, came by and took his measurements. Then called to come by and install a new screen door insert and replace three sections of screening. He also replaced some old spline for free in other areas of the porch. Went as planned and for the agreed price.

Provider was prompt and accurate on the estimate of work and performed everything to our satisfaction.

Jay did a great job. Measured all my windows and provided a cost estimate that was reasonable and was spot on. We finally have screens and they look very nice.

Jay Cowan was our contact for ScreenMobile. He came to our house, performed all measurements, made recommendation for certain porch modifications to accommodate aluminum framing, provided samples of screens. Within a week Jay sent us a price quotation and schedule for the work. Jay started the work when he said he would. We upgraded to a pet-resistant screen which was added to the estimate. The work was done in a clean, methodical and professional matter. He organized his work and tools, allowing progress to proceed very smoothly. We are extremely satisfied with ScreenMobile product materials and workmanship. We wholeheartedly recommend Jay and his company to anyone needing new or replacement screens. He's good. I would definitely recommend him. It was all good experience. It's a smaller company. He works by himself. It might take a day or two for him to get back to you but does leave a message. He's very professional. He's quick. He arrives. He does his job and get done. He's mobile so he'll have to try to plan all the houses together in one area in one day. He's great. He gets an A across the board. I've used him twice already.

I was at work so I didn't get a chance to meet Jay except over the phone. He did an excellent job though and even helped move some furniture around so he could have room to install the screens. He made the solar screens at our house and my wife told me he worked very hard creating and installing them. They were well worth it and are keeping the afternoon sun from making the house uncomfortable and the temperature is at least 5 degrees cooler than it was before. Jay followed up to make sure everything was going okay and that we were happy with the screens. Very professional and always gets back in touch quickly. The price was very good for the half-screens but we opted for the solar screens which almost doubled the price. I don't expect the solar screens to pay for themselves anytime soon but the comfort achieved was worth it for us. All in all a great experience and we are enjoying the cool breeze with our new window screens.

Jay came promptly to give an estimate on what we asked and told us a time frame we could expect. He kept in touch along the way making sure we knew exactly when we could expect him for the work. He came right on time.

I was very pleased will all aspects of work completed - I called very early in the season so there was no wait time. The screens were completed right away, and look great. Screen doors had to be ordered, but timeline was still very reasonable. Extremely happy with service, price and Jay - all I had to do was place a call, tell him what I wanted, and then write the check. We found this company online. He gave me a quote over the phone, after we discussed at length what we needed. Told us that it would be a few weeks before he could come out, but we understood completely due to the fact that they were very busy at that time because of the hail storm. Once he came out, the job was completed the same day. Very good work! We were completely happy with the product and the work.

Jay did a fine job from start to finish. He was careful to ensure that the screen frames fitted properly back into the window frames. You could tell that he is conscientious about his work. I asked him to give me two invoices - one for the hail damaged screens (that I may use to dispute an insurance damage estimate) and another for the rest of the worn screens. He readily complied with this request. I was completely satisfied with his work and would utilize his services again if the need arose.

Jay Cowan was the name of the person who did the work and he was excellent. He took off the old screen from our screened in porch and put in new screens. He also put in panels between the studs, so that one section of screens could be removed without having to take all of it down. I would recommend him highly. He was very professional, courteous clean and neat. He also cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess. He did exactly what he said he would do for the price he said he would do it for.

I called Jay on Monday (Memorial Day) and he said that he couldn't promise a day/time right then, but he'd call me toward the end of the week. He got information from me (my location, what times we were generally home). Friday afternoon he called and said he could come over that evening, and this worked for me. He does have a truck with a (flatbed or something) hitched to the back that makes it very long - luckily I have an empty house next door and he parked in their driveway. When he came over he did the work quickly and it was well-done. When he was done he also took the time to show me the rubber that he used and said that if it pops out I just need to call him and ask him to come back with a smaller-width of rubber to fix it. I love the new screen - it's just what he promised.

They have a minimum of $75 to do the work for us. They also stated they would take about 2 weeks before they would be able to come out.

We have unique house with custom doors and fixed windows (no screens). Screenmobile measured, gave us estimates, built and installed handsome doors. We are very pleased with door quality, appearance, and service they are giving us. We enjoy the ability to have air flow via doors that lock, and feel that it is a great investment in the house (life time guarantee on doors/hardware). Jay did a great job of installing and dealing with our unique situation. Highly recommend him and their doors.

He removed all of the old screens, with some of them needing additional work to remove them. He worked all day and built all screens to fit each window, which are not standard sizes.

First of all, he showed up on time. In this area, that's amazing in itself. He does all the work on-site. Has a trailer that's a self-contained workshop with everything needed to build screens, install screen doors, screen a porch, etc. Worked fast, did a great job, very pleasant, priced fairly. I would definitely recommend Screenmobile to my friends and will use again when I'm ready for new window screens.
