Completed work in a timely manner.

Ricky included in his proposal caulking and power washing. He did not do the caulking or power wash. Also left trash and paint on areas such as my porch floor. He seems like a nice person but needs to follow through on what he says to his customer.

Ricky and crew came in and made quick work of a difficult job. We were hoping to get the job done in a week and a half. Ricky and crew got it done in 4 days. I was very impressed. Ricky is punctual, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. When he tells you he will do something, he will. Ricky followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure I was satisfied with their work. He is first-class all the way. I now have Ricky's number stored permanently in my phone. Ricky and his team painted my vacation house in Gatlinburg. They kept the worksite clean, used quality products and Ricky contacted me for clarification to make sure the color scheme ended up the way I wanted it. He completed the house, including pressure washing, minor repairs, 3 paint colors and staining of the deck in just 3 days. He was prompt, courteous, and the quality of work was very good. I hired Ricky's Construction and Remodeling to paint our condominium building. Myself and the other homeowners are exceptionally pleased with the work that was done. They were very considerate of the homeowners and their work was impeccable. Ricky and his crew were wonderful to deal with. Being a new cabin owner, I wasn't sure what needed to be done other than restraining. Ricky took the time to explain his recommendations, why they were needed and offered me options. He explained the different outcomes . I ended up going with the one he suggested because in the long-term, it was going to save me several thousand dollars. I assumed that the quote I would get was going to be significantly higher than what I was expecting, but was so pleased to find what he quoted was even below was friends had told me to expect. While here, he and his crew were friendly and respectful. Any questions I had were answered with a smile and they moved back everything that had to be moved so they could paint. Everything was cleaned up and they even checked with me to make sure nothing was forgotten. I am so pleased with the experience and outcome . I will hire them again for some other work i will need to have done.

Ricky was very flexible and able to paint my entire home in a very timely fashion so I could move in. He and his crew consistently showed up on time and did an very good job. I had them paint the entire interior, doors, trim and 2 vaulted ceilings. They were able to complete the job within the stated time and budget. Very good experience working with Ricky.

Fast, friendly and flexible, Ricky;s crew did an outstanding job. Ricky replaced railing on the deck and repaired some of the bee damaged wood in addition to staining the cabin. There is some problem with cigarette butts and paper trash. I would hire Ricky again.

They did an excellent job and there was only 1 misunderstanding and even that was minor and possibly my fault. I called with a very tight timeline and they hit the job within 2 days and completed it with very high quality paint. The only issue was in negotiating the price. I was under the impression that when he quoted me a price for the " WHOLE UNIT" that it would include the trim and inside doors. He actually charged me an extra $400 for that, but it was a lot of balusters on the stairs. May have been my fault of not knowing the the term whole unit meant walls only. He also found some other damage and removed and repaired some small holes to perfection. I would hire him again but I would be a little more deliberate in the job scope description. The job was definetly worth the money. Also all contact was done over the phone and by text and it still went very smoothly or maybe because of it.

i don't live in the location they did the work on, but I was told they did a nice job. very polite, easy to communicate with. I will use them again for other projects. I only gave them a 4 out of 5 on quality because I haven't seen the work myself...but I am confident it looks nice

Ricky stained the exterior of our log home and sanded, stained, and sealed the interior as well. The work was done quickly, I had no cleanup afterward, and he was very easy to work with. We live out of state, and we had no problem trusting him with the keys to the house. I would have no problem recommending them or using them on another project.
