+ -1 morePrice quoted and he never showed up. He had numerous excuses, took wife to hospital, etc. Last one, said he had to quarantine 14 days. My daughter in laws Father called him right after that text pretending to need a quote. He said it would be around $3200, but needed to come look. Her Father told him he was supposed to be at his daughters house now. He then said he was just the answering service. BS. Answering services do not give quotes! He is a liar and she waited a week with no heat. She has small children and a disabled husband (my son). He also told her the compressor was shot. Now she has called someone else. The compressor is fine, strip heaters shot & they can fix that for around $400 which will buy some time. Do NOT give Jim the time of day........he is totally dishonest. After reading other reviews of him installing shoddy units, just as well he did not show.

Description of Work: Install new heat & air unit with ducting. This was completed close to schedule. Unit was supposed to be a 15 seer unit, brand new. I have questions here as we had a problem with new unit freezing up and it took a week to get Jim Teagan to come check it. He said his installer had hooked up wiring incorrectly? Supposed to recieve warrenty papers so we could send for rebate---Jim Reagan said he would handle this, many phone calls to him, a few answered most not where he said he had done the paperwork and we will be getting info from manufacture, give it a couple more weeks, after a month called to try to get this paperwoek, Jim said keep waiting. He advertises every day in newspaper for work but if his quaility and follow up is as he has shown me all indiviual useing Reagans will get is a quick fix, pay him and he is gone. I would never reccommend him and I will also pass on my bad exsperiences to my friends who I hope will remember this poor contractor and not use or even better tell their friends how poor of service I recieved from him. His add states 40 years of service, he is riding on (running) his fathers name as I have asked and people who used the business while his father ran the business were suprised of this service. Jim Reagan is in it for get the job, get the money and forget the client. I hope he loses all his business as I trusted him and he sure pulled one on me.

+ -1 moreReagan & Son Heating & Air were wonderful to work with. They were very helpful in picking out the correct air conditioner for our home and they installed in the very next day. The new air conditioner works great and we plan on using them for yearly service continually.
