+ -1 moreBefore they would set up the appointment, they wanted to make sure that I completed several preliminary steps. Patiently, I was led through the steps necessary to uninstall the reinstall the printer and all components from my computer. This solved my problem. PDQ didn't make any money today, but the next time I need computer services - and in this day and age - who doesn't? I will be back.
Description of Work: I called PDQ to set up an appointment to restore my computer's wireless printing capability.
