Not satisfied with work. Talked me into a riser that that was more expensive than they estimated, did not show on time on the second day when promised, left the yard strewn with dirt and rocks, refused to return to remove the riser even though I offered to pay for the service, and threatened me with a slander lawsuit if I posted a negatve review, telling me he had done work for lawyers and judges.

We live on a mountain with a switchback in the drive. This is one of the few septic services with a small track that can manuever the tight curve. Liz at the office was very knowledgeable and informative and they were able to schedule us quickly. The serviceman was courteous and able to provide great information on keeping the roots cleaned out . He was on time and provided great service. We will definitely use Milks again.

They arrived on time and started to work right away. They were here all day, and worked diligently the whole time here. They took care to make the job professional and great looking. In the beginning I thought I knew what I needed or wanted. The person in charge of the job, Brian is very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it. He and his team did a wonderful job. As a matter of fact we were so impressed with them, that we are having them come back and do some other work. If you hire this company you will not be disappointed with their work.
