Description of Work: Refinished wood floors,remodeled bathroom,re-stained exterior logs,installed stack stone on foundation. Everything went smoothly,they were on time and did a very good job.

+ -1 moreHe was always on time, worked hard with an unbelievable attitude and had a great helper. My wife and I became true friends with him and his helper, also named Ken. He did everything we asked of him and was more than fair in his charges. I've done remodeling myself many times, so I know when I'm being taken and I never had that feeling with Ken. He bought materials at very competitive prices and passed the savings on to me. The work he did was over 40' off the ground, so it wasn't something anybody could do or would do. In fact, I had to go thru six contractors before I found Ken and that was thru referral from another builder who was too busy to get to my project within six months. Ken started two days after I called him and stayed with it thru completion. In fact, I added a number of additional projects after he started.. He did them all with real professionalism and never once tried to take advantage of me when I added another project to the list, which many contract do.
Description of Work: built a room on the third floor, wiring, steps from lower to upper level, support beams, footings for support poles, front steps, cleaned up debrie left from former construction

+ 2 moreKen Loomis Construction went above and beyond in their work for me. They also removed huge piles of wood that the tenants left at the house.
Description of Work: Remodeled and installed new counters in kitchen, cabinet repair, new roof, misc. repair and remodel.
