He said it would take one week. It took a little over 3 months. He would say he had a meeting to go to, his grandfather was in the hospital, he was in the hospital, etc. and never let his son come with the crew to work. Instead weeks would go by, garage blocked by stacks of roofing, etc. Tools left out and in the way. Nails and debris on deck. Several areas have leaked almost since the beginning. Others have now popped up. He was last out on Oct. 16 and said they could repair the ceiling in the kitchen which he never did. Phone often doesn't have answering device connected. He does NOT respond to emails. I would not want him to come out at this point since I don't trust him not to make things worse. He seems to be a very nice man, as does his son, but I wouldn't have them put a roof on a doghouse! I am now stuck with a hole in my ceiling and other leaks. Big mistake to hire him. I read on one website that he hasn't had a valid contractor's license since 2014. He was recommended by my insurance company who can't do anything about this since Jerry has already been paid.
