+ -1 moreTo this day, June 27th, 2007, the work has not been completed. I have had continual communication throughout this period of time. My last contact was approximately 3 weeks ago. He consistently promises to complete the work, but I think a year to complete one job is more than fair. I provided the paint for the job, and discovered during the winter that they had left my paint sitting out. The bottom line is that they need to take the 2 days necessary to complete the work.
Description of Work: I hired Eason's Painting to the paint the exterior of the home. I waited six months (which was agreed upon) for him to start. I live in Dayton, OH, so I coordinated most of this from a distance. He was scheduled to start in April '06. He actually began the work in July of '06, after I went down to Gatlinburg just to get him to start. They worked for 3 1/2 days while I was there. At this point I had to return to Ohio. Because I had to return, I paid them in full on July 10th. The amount listed is labor only, as I supplied the paint.
