+ -1 moreSpoke to the office staff who said they would leave a message for him to call me. Called twice more and each time the office staff said they would leave him another message but that's all they could do. Never heard from him.
Description of Work: Water treatment system has been sitting for months and needs to be serviced. Also, wanted some instruction on how to properly service the system to keep it operating correctly.

Description of Work: Clearwater drilled a 400+ft water well on our property. They were knowledgeable, professional, and communicated with us throughout the process. Tom's expertise and the size of their operation were most of the reason we selected them for this work. Although we do not foresee having to drill another well, we would not hesitate to use them again. We have already recommended them to neighbors and co-workers.

Description of Work: fOR THREE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET CLEARWATER TO RESPOND TO MY PHONE CALLS. THREE MONTHS AGO THEY WERE COMMING TO MY HOME TO BRING UP THE WELL, THEY DIDN'T SHOW. NEXT THEY WERE TO RESPOND AGAIN , NO SHOW , NO CALL.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SERVICE THEY HAVE NONE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AS=NSWER TO A QUESTION , YOU WONT GET ANY AFTER 7 PHONE CALLS I GIVE UP. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL,THEY DON'T SHOW, THEY DON'T ANSWER . AFTER DRILLING AND SERVICING MY WELL FOR 5-7 YEARS FROM 1998 THEY WILL NOT RESPOND I HAVE PAID THEM $30000 + FOR THE WELL AND SERVICES , I CALL MABEY ONCE A YEAR .IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Description of Work: Company pulled my pump out of the ground to check it and then told me that it would have to be replaced. They told me that the cost for just the pump would be over $1500., I found the same brand and model on the internet for $750. They would only complete the job if i let them put their pump in. I paid $2300. in all. When I complained the owner said that they could not buy those pumps for that from the company..I suggested that she buy hers on line then. Another company told me that they would have done all of it for $1000.

+ 0 moreWhen we had Clearwater do this big job, they let us down. I called them several times and they didn't return my calls. The work was alright but I was still getting muddy water and they wouldn't communicate with me or come back to check on their work. It seemed to me that once they got paid they no longer cared about their work what so ever. I had used them once before for a small project and they did good on the small repair that we had, that is why we hired them again.
Description of Work: They dug out and lined a 285 foot well and installed a frost free pump. They also installed an outdoor spigot.
