Chase Siding did an amazing job on our deck. Not only was he able to repair the problems, the deck looks amazing. They finished in a very reasonable time frame. We are impressed with the work ethic he professes and would be very happy to hire him again for other projects. The price charged was very reasonable and much better than other quotes from others.

He was very good about showing up, except on the 22nd of Feb., he did not purchase the supplies that we had paid for the framing of the deck. We hired him to extend a deck, but since waiting on HOA to approve plans, we hired him to install a retaining wall, our issue with the retaining wall was he did good quality work but installed in the wrong place, We had weather issues and were patient with him to start deck. Was supposed to start framing deck Feb 10th. He got behind due weather and on another job and then came on Feb 21st and we were fine with that due to weather. We wanted to get a more specific date, he felt pressured and angry that I wanted a more specific time frame. I offered him more work and he was angry, intimating, threatening manner and he said I am coming to bring the check back. I would not recommend him because of his attitude not his work.

Chase removed my old deck flooring and built a new one. He also built a screened in patio room underneath. He does excellent work and answers any questions that you have concerning the project. He explained as he went along what he was doing and why and he made suggestions to make the project better. The finished job looks great.

Chase' price was considerably less than other professionals, and his work and service were excellent.

Chase is a very hard worker and does excellent work. He removed our railings on our porch and built very sturdy platform stairs all the way around the porch. Highly recommend him!

He used premium lumber throughout the project and raised and secured a post that was sagging. The work was excellent.

I wish I had heard from the other companies. Worked only 3 to 4 hours each day. Kept asking for advance payments. Talked a great game but cut corners at every opportunity. Kept suggesting additional work at inflated prices. Get what you pay for? Not always.

He built two decks for us and they turned out beautifully.
