Bruce is one of the friendliest people on the earth. He explained healthy house practices very thoroughly and with compassion as well. Some of the topics that he consulted on were EMFs, mold, basements, proper drainage, crawl spaces, slabs, remodeling, roof, healthy building materials, air exchange unit, electric vs gas, HVAC, water, and the list goes on. He gave excellent references on books to help on the topic. He was very knowledgable on how to create a healthy living environment to improve health and stay well. He is hightly recommended.
Description of Work: Bruce is a Building Biologist who consulted with me on finding/building a healthy home. He gave advice on what to look for if trying to find a healthy house to reside in and also advice on how to build a healthy house in our area.
