Bruce's Home Improvement

Description of Work: Bruce McGlaughln, owner of Bruce's Home Repair in Sevierville, Tenn., was supposed to provide an estimate to repair an exterior section of my house. He was a no-show, no-call. Here's what happened: In a phone conversation on April 11, he said he would come to my house sometime between 4 and 6 p.m. April 13. This didn't happen. And, actually, he was supposed to come to my house April 11 -- I told him I would be home all day -- but he called that morning and left a message saying he wasn't going to come unless I called him back. I did not have my cell phone with me when he called, so I wasn't able to answer, but, again, I had told him I would be home all day. I called him back, but it was about 45 minutes later, so he didn't want to come back to Knoxville. So Mr. McGlaughln actually failed twice.
