When my husband called he said he would be there but did not show. My husband drove 5 hours to meet him. After the ac was installed in jan. Our utility bill tripled compared to the bill same time last year. When the owner checked it he said he thought someone had tried to steal the unit and had flipped the breaker part of the way off. I think they left the breaker that way when they installed the unit. When my husband drove up to meet him for installation of the thermostat he checked the meter and we had already used 1900 kWh. In 2 weeks and no one had been in the cabin and the thermostat was set on 65 . But instead of being honest about it he said he thought someone was trying to steal the unit.

I have used Best Heating and Air for over ten years. They helped me extend the life of my 20 year old air conditioning unit until finally the furnace portion quit working and it was then cost effective to replace both together. The owner, Gino Diluigi, is always personally involved in major problems or system replacements, and Best has always been there when we need them. These guys are hard working and honest.

The company came out and installed an a/c unit. After the instillation was finished they figured out that the unit was the wrong unit. They came out and took the old unit and installed the correct unit. They did this without any extra charge. Also there put a 10 year warranty.
