Michael Mary is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. His crew did a very good job and cleaned away debris thoroughly on our property.

They are a little more expensive because they're really not in the business of taking trees out. They are in the business of trying to cure trees; they are arborists. The guy that runs it is the guy that came out. He's very knowledgeable and he knows what he's talking about. If you want to save your tree, then he's the guy to go to. I don't think the price was unreasonable. He's just very reluctant to remove a tree. If you want a tree gone, don't call him; call a tree removal company. They are very upfront about what they are willing to do. I don't know what they are like now; now I can't get anyone to come out. At the time, he responded. If I had a sick tree and I absolutely wanted to save it, I would call him. We would have had to keep up the treatments on the tree and we didn't do that.

I liked what they did. They did a good job. They knew what they were doing. The crew was educated and my overall experience went well. I would recommend them and I would not recommend Mark Tree service for I used them to trim an oak tree and I would not recommend them at all. They cut the big oak tree back in my lawn and they left cracks in it and one can't see them now because the grass is sort of filled the valley, but one can still feel it while over crossing. I don't know how to judge the price because I am a kind of new to this. I've only owned a home for 15 years. I don't know how to compare prices. I think they were reasonable. They were a little bit slow, but they had an awful lot of work to do because that was the summer and after we did, we had such a dwarf season here and a lot of trees were dying. There was a reason for them behaving that way. I would use them in the future.

My last time I used Band B I had a tree fall across my driveway. Mr. Mary had 2 crews out the next morning. They cut the tree up and removed all debris in less than an hour. On another occasion Band B removed an eighty foot pine that was leaning over my house. Again they did a professional job. Mr Mary is a good, honest man that stands behind his work. I would not consider using anyone else!!!
