Ms. Maloney is extremely knowledgeable about the Sevier County, TN rental cabin market. It is amazing how quickly she responds to my every question. She is well acquainted with the numerous Resort areas' sales/income ratios, and personally reviews cabins as they come on the market. I live in Florida and it is very reassuring to have such an efficient realtor in TN looking out for my best investment interests - and she is a very technical savvy realtor, which is an enormous plus given my location. I would definitely refer her to others.

We actually exchanged emails several times, talked about the things we have in common (places we’ve lived, kids). I registered on her site and set up my saved properties. Asked if we could come visit in mid-June and she said she would be out of town. No problem – we spoke by phone and agreed that she would go thru my saved listings and give me her thoughts on location and whether they would make good rentals. Perfect! That was early June. Haven’t heard a word since. It's now the end of July. Guess she doesn't need the business.

We were lucky to find Annie Maloney, REALTOR, via her website, to assist us with purchasing our log home in Eastern Tennessee. From the get go, Annie was quick to discuss our needs and wants in a log home and sent us listings via email immediately. She never once tired of assisting us with our and quot;picksand quot; even though most of our selections were done over the telephone and Internet. We has tons and tons of questions about all the properties we found on the Internet and also the listings she recommended. Annie was able to walk us through the entire process of purchasing our log home, from the loan process, to the negotiations, to the home inspection and settlement. She addressed all of questions and concerns throughout the entire negotiations, and we felt she really went to work for us! We know that Annie always had our best interest at heart! Annie is well versed in every aspect of Real Estate and is a star in her field! She definitely will go out of her way to be sure that every aspect of buying a home goes as smoothly as possible! My husband and I found Annie Maloney of Prime Mountain Properties in Sevierville, TN while doing a Google search for Realtors in the area. Her web site is fantastic! We e-mailed her and got a very quick reply. My husband and I gave Annie all of the details of what we were looking for in a home. She was quick to send us tons of listings to choose from and all the details on every home. We met with her personally in mid May of 2012 to preview properties. We found our dream log cabin and wrote the contract. Annie pays attention to every detail involved in purchasing a home from the loan (she can recco a mortgage broker), to the home inspection, to all settlement details. She goes the extra mile to be sure everything goes well. Annie is a great communicator and always stays on top of things. Her knowledge of Real Estate in the Eastern TN area is outstanding. She's a great negotiator! She definitely went out of her way to insure all repairs after the home inspection were done properly, which included her visiting the property on several occasions.
