+ -1 moreWe have built three homes in the Sevierville and Kodak areas with American Home Builders, and they have bid them very competitively. Even in a down market we were able to sell the homes at a great profit. The subcontractors performed the jobs to satisfaction and the owner, The contractor kept us up to date on everything we needed to know. When there were punch out issues, the builder sent people over in a timely manner. If you want to make money when and if you eventually sell your home, I suggest using American Home Builders. The were only 2 negatives with the projects: 1. They took a couple months longer than anticipated, but there were weather factors involved in all fairness. 2. The jobsite was untidy sometimes after subcontractors had left, but that was not a big deal after it was all said and done.
