Description of Work: I called American Fireplaces to inquire about a fireplace remodel in a 1976 house. The first gentleman I talked to so they would need to come out to my house and look at the current fireplace but that the owner scheduled those appointments and he was not in. My information was taken and I was told I would get a call back. Exactly one week later (after having not heard back from anyone), I called again. This time a woman answered who had no knowledge of my previous call and did not know what had happened. She again took my information and told me the owner would call me back. It has been ANOTHER week and I have still not heard back from anybody.

+ -1 moreThey had the worst customer service ever. I was really disappointed with them. They wouldn t return our phone calls and it took them 3 months to complete a job they promised to have done in about a month. The pipes they ran up the wall to go through the roof were suppose to be insulated and they brought the wrong pipes. They eventually got everything installed nicely, but it was so hard to deal with them that I would never use them again.
Description of Work: They installed a wood burning fireplace for me.
