Within an hour of my call, an Air Solutions technician was on site. They identified the problem, cleared out the line, and the unit began working again. The safety switch subsequently went bad and had to be replaced requiring multiple trips. On first recall trip, the technician discovered the switch had become defective, and also found his last overflow safety switch had already been depleted out of his service truck inventory, requiring yet another trip. Air Solutions could have easily charged me for multiple trips, but they didn't. Air Solutions tech temporarily bypassed safety switch to allow the home to cool down. Once repaired, renters were happy and so was I! I live over 6 hours away from my rental property, so having a reliable service technician I can trust and depend upon in my absence is extremely important to me. Air Solutions fills that void very nicely. They are honest, trustworthy, and their prices are fair. All smiles here!
