Phew! We don't have mold. The technicians came out to assess what we thought was a potential mold problem. Luckily with the help of their testing our windows, sills, bathrooms, crawlspace no serious issue was found. Turns out condensation buildup and "mold" is sort of normal for an older house with single pane windows. Glad we know that know. Would definitely call Breathe Easy again and recommend to friends/family.

These guys are just wonderful. The big take away here is that they are honest professionals. The owner came out with a member of his team and thoroughly checked our home for mold. They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment. I’m thankful for their knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend these guys if anyone I know ever does have a mold problem because I trust that they will only do what needs to be done with out the worry of being over charged.

Outstanding! They provided a free inspection (crawled under entire home and took pictures) and advised me to buy a dehumidifier. Owner told me that was all that was needed and gave me a link to purchase a good one. They could have told me a had a big problem and charged me a lot of $, but instead, they gave me an honest assessment and provided me with the info to take care of the issue that I did have. Would highly recommend.

I did not use their service. I declined their services. They were prompt, on time, and courteous. I'll use them again if I need them. They were looking to encapsulate my crawl space, which was going to be up into thousands of dollars. I was just trying to insure that when my house was sold, that a home inspector didn't come along and say I had mold in my house or crawl space etc, which would of prevented me from selling my house until the issue was resolved. I didn't really have mold, they just wanted to come in and encapsulate your house. That wasn't needed to be done.

they came when they said they would and did what they said they would do and then some. I had purchased an inspection through Angie's List. They knew what they were doing but were very expensive. No more expensive than other forms of foundation correction that I encountered in TX.

The team came out and were very professional and punctual on the first visit. They had advertised a $20 plastic covering in the crawl space. After examination of the space, they gave me a $15,000.00 estimate and said they would take off $1000 if I did it the following week! Not wanting to spend $15,000. without another professional opinion, I called on two other companies. As it turns out, I do not need the services they were telling me I needed at all! On top of this, in their estimate, they included a $250.00 plastic covering! (vs.the$20 one advertised)

It went well. The Project turned out to be quite labor intensive and costly. It took about 8 work days. However, I believe the cost was comensurate with the product. Cheaper fix would have only continued or delayed fixing the problems we believe were created by the builder. The people on the crew were friendly, professional, and they did their work well. I recommend them to anyone if they want the job done well! The work is not cheap, but the product is excellent!

Hands down one of the most thorough inspections my home has had to date. Victor tracked all potential sources of the offending mold and then was extremely helpful in putting together a plan of action for my home going forward. This plan was not industry referrals (he will not refer you to any business in order to remain impartial), but more of a practical plan that my husband and I could put into place with no pressure to purchase a remediation package. Such an incredible value.

This provider ignored my specific request to contact me by cell phone (in the notes of my purchase) to set up our first meeting. Three days later he replied by email. But because I did not check my email regularly (which is why I had asked him to call me), I did not see his response for another three says. By then, I was nose deep in last minute preparations the week before my wedding. Again, I asked him to call me or text me to work out the details. He never did. I got married, went on my honeymoon, came home and got swamped with life again. I forgot about this project until 11 days ago. I requested that he contact me if he was still interested in doing the work on my crawlspace. No response. Four days later I asked for a refund if he did not plan to do the work that I had already paid for. Still no response. I either want him to do the work or refund my money. All of this could have worked out much differently if he had just called or texted me in the beginning as I very specifically requested.

Breathe Easy Mold Remediation gets a TEN thumbs up !! First and foremost, they are extremely reliable and trustworthy and only did what was necessary. They were very transparent and showed me the thermal imaging where the mold was, so I could see what work actually needed to be done and they were very thorough in explaining the process and what needed to happen. I did not have too big of a mold problem, however, it was certainly something I wanted to nip in the bud. Many companies these days will try to create more work to get more money out of the client and these guys are far from that mentality. They genuinely care about the client, the job and they stand by their work. What I especially loved was that both the owner, Victor, and Rob, the regional manager, came by before, during and after the work to ensure that all was done to my satisfaction. I had cleaned out my garage the day after Rob came to give me the estimate and when the guys were there doing the work, Victor (the mold bloodhound!) stopped by to check in, and he found some more yucky mold/mildew stuff on the base of my garage wall. So they took care of that as well and they included it as part of my original quote. This is why i say that these guys are very, very trustworthy and really care about the client and their work. They want to be sure it is done right. As far as the work itself, Tim & his crew were extremely detailed, not to mention super friendly and I enjoyed having them in my home for the day ! If you are in need of mold remediation, do not go to anyone else -these guys are the best ! Oh and ...I can definitely breathe easier in my home now too so they picked the right name for their company : )

It couldn't have gone any better. Mr. Hamilton and his assistant were the utmost professionals. I would highly recommend these good folks to anyone, not just for mold treatment but for an overall home inspection. Mr. Hamilton's expertise is rare and invaluable.

Excellent job - I was nervous that this HUGH job could actually be accomplished because every wall and surface literally looked like peach fuzz. However, they left the house smelling like pledge and with no signs that mold had ever existed. I would certainly recommend Victor and his crew to anyone who has a shred of doubt.

Communication between myself and Victor was good. He always responded in a timely manner. The crew that came out to do the actual work did a great job and were super nice and considerate. They informed me of a leak under the house and when we had plumbers come out to fix it, they remarked on how nice it looks in our crawl space. I would recommend them!

The owner came out and looked at my situation and provided options on how to remedy the problems. His quote was less than any others I had gotten. We scheduled the work to begin at 9 AM on the agreed date and employees called me at 9 AM that day to tell me that ran into an issue coming from Chattanooga and would be there by noon. They showed up at noon as promised and started working right away. They finished the work in less time than I thought it would take and did an excellent job.

The owner came and gave us the quote, and fit us into their schedule. They arrived promptly and were very professional. It was a two day job and they cleaned up after themselfs and left no mess. They were prompt even after the job was complete, answered any questions or concerns. I would highly recomend them they were a pleasure to deal with.

Victor, the company owner, had projected a three day project but these guys really knew what they were doing and never let up and managed to finish up in two days. These folks are truly professional and I can highly recommend them for any mold remediation. As I said all the workers conducted themselves in a truly professional manner. My only problem was the price for the project, only because I and my elderly mom live on our Social Security payments. We had to dig into our savings pretty deeply. But in all fairness, considering the cost of materials and wages, the price was not at all unfair. We are very happy with the results of the process! The folks really know what they are doing!

This happened in April. I had contacted Breathe Easy via Angie's List; they responded and we set up an appointment. Tim came out. He was punctual and listened as I told him of my mold concern. He had me show him the location and together we walked through the entire area. The mold was found and it was not where I'd expected. After the walkthrough , we talked and he told me that the company could fix my problem. Or, if I wanted to it was an easy enough fix that I could do it myself. I asked for details and he told me the supplies needed and emphasized the steps to take. I had quite a few questions and he answered them all. I was impressed that even after all those questions, he told me to call if I had any problems or any other questions. (I also appreciate him not making me feel foolish when the mold was not at all where I had thought.) I chose to do the work myself and haven't completed it yet but already the air is better. Once completed, I don't expect the mold to return. If it does, I will call Breathe Easy. Without any hesitation, I recommend them.

The true mark of an honest and reliable businessman is to tell you that you DON'T need his services! Victor and Tim conducted a very thorough inspection of our home, high and low. They could smell the odor that had bothered us, but could not detect any mold or evidence of mold. After further questioning, they decided to inspect our attic. They not only found the source of our problem, but told us what was needed to fix it. We now know how to proceed, and above all, we have the peace of mind that comes with knowing we don't have a mold problem. I would highly recommend Breathe Easy to ANYONE.
