They told us the date they would be there and how long the job would take. They were right on point. Anytime an issue came up, and whenever someone is working on your house there usually is, they were right on it, evaluated the situation, and told us what would need to be done (without charging). I can't tell you how much we appreciated their knowledge and professionalism. They were always on time and if they were running late, they called to let us know ( I really can't count 10-15 mins as being late) :) Everything seems to be in good working condition but the real test will come during the summer.

It was better than expected. It was a fantastic service, no hang ups, and amazing job. Very responsive to any of my customer service calls. They were willing to come out at no cost. I inspected the area the area they worked on and it was an impressive job.

Because this was such a high dollar work, we had several companies come in to assess the situation and give quotes. This company was the only one who seemed to really know what they were talking about (not just giving a "this is what always we do" plan), plus they were quoting half the price of all the others. The work took the four days they had originally planned. They even found the source of the problem, an underground spring, put in French drains for only a small increase in price, and were still finished in the original timing. Our neighbors saw all the work being done and asked the inspector to come look at their crawl space as well. He said that although there was some water, it wasn't really a big problem in their situation - they could certainly come in and fix the existing problem and prevent it from becoming worse, but it wasn't essential. We were impressed that he wasn't just trying to get another big sale. Overall, we had a GREAT experience with them and would highly recommend them. After completing the work, I mentioned it on fb and a friend commented she had a similar thing done by the same company several years ago. She said it was the best company she's ever worked with, and that she has had no follow-up problems after the work was complete.

They were very responsive, accessible, professional and knowledgeable. I had 5 other companies in here to find the water problem and what I was sure had to be mold, as I could smell it. No one could find a problem - until I brought in BreatheEasy. They were on time, finished ahead of schedule, cleaned out all traces of mold and cleaned up. Although they eliminated the mold caused by moisture in the basement the smell didn't fully go away until we next had another company come in and add a drainage system to fix the water breach. Just insight for others should they face a similar issue!

He identified the source within a few minutes, eliminated the mold and resolved the issue at the source. He did all of this timely and expertly. He also examined the rest of the garage and house to ensure that the problem was completely taken care of. He did not use any scare tactics and the total price was extremely reasonable.

He was fine. I don't know if the price was high for the scope of work but I just couldn't afford it. I just like to do it myself.

Breathe Easy gave me a quote. It was a tremendous job and took them alot longer than they thought. Once they started pulling off the flooring, there was alot more work than anticipated. They stayed on the job. They did exactly what was quoted. They used quality materials. They also kept us informed as to what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again. Very professional, very polite, knew what they were doing and got it done timely and properly. I would give them an A+ rating. Very pleased.

Me and my husband started noticed a musty odor in our home, when my husband looked under the house it was wet and a strange growth and funky colors were all over the wood. We called Breathe Easy to look at our home and the owner and his son came out and told us what needed to be done. Jason the son and his crew performed the service of removing the mold and putting down a nice white barrier with a dehumidifier. Jason and his crew were very polite and did a excellent service. Our crawl space is dry and smells great with no mold. Their price was reasonable compared to others and with the service you just cant beat it. I would highly recommend. Thanks Jessica
