Did not have correct molding and used unprinted large molding. Installed without correct corner cuts, short, filing gaps with clear caulk. Looking through the window one sees large bare wood molding. Requested. Repair I verbally and in writing. No reply from the company for months.
Description of Work: Replace two exterior door windows

For those who may be in or near the area and considering using Savannah Glass Co. (Florence Rd. Savannah, TN) for any glass needs, windows or screens; be advised that over 3 months ago we called about them making and putting new screens on our windows. They were supposed to call us back and never did. We kept contacting them and were FINALLY able to get someone out here to measure. He gets here (over a month ago, mind you) and he doesn't even have a ladder with him, and was going to leave and SUPPOSEDLY come back with one. I told him he could come inside to save a trip, as this has been much too long of a process anyway. He comes in and measures and is supposed to make them, and call when they are ready to install them. No call after more than a week so we call them and they finally set a date and get here, Tuesday, Sept. 18th. Two of the 5 screens actually fit (or so I thought). The others were not even close to being wide enough. Now this 2nd guy measures and says he will go make them and be back the next day, which was Wednesday the 19th. Now a 3rd guy gets here and realizes these particular screens do not fit into the grooves of the windows, but they fit like the garage window screen, and they go on the outside of the window and are held by rubber stoppers, so he measures and says he will be back later in the evening and PROMISED they would get done yesterday. I never heard a word, and today still no screens. So I wanted to raise the 2 windows that have screens now, last night. I open them and see why guy #2 got them to fit so easy. They are WAY too small, and when touched, fall out! I called TODAY and asked them if we were EVER going to get them installed and they said he was coming today. I said ok, but the other 2 will have to be measured and re-done now, as they are too small. They said they would let him know. It is almost 5pm (closing time) and STILL NO SCREENS!!!! Now my question is: If they ACTUALLY do EVER bring those screens, before winter, will it take them until NEXT Summer to have the other 2 corrected? If they call me tomorrow, I plan on telling them where they can SHOVE their screens and I am calling LOWES!!! To top it all off (I am on a roll now....lol), the 1st guy that measured told the 2nd guy that a 6ft ladder would reach. We are in a split level house. It is much more than 6ft from ground to windows. So guy 2 had to come inside. When that didn't work, guy 3 gets here and was told by guy 2 that he didn't need a ladder or tape measure or anything, that they would just pop in from the inside. Needless to say, guy 3 had to borrow our extension ladder and tape measure, only to find out that they still weren't the right size. Wondering if guy 4 will ever show. GEEZ!!! As far as I can tell it is a small family owned place.....Guy #1 (old guy, as I call him) turns out to be guy #2's grandfather-in-law, and guy #3 is guy # 2's brother in law, so guy #1 (old guy) is guy #3's grandfather-in-law as well. They both said he was old and needed to retire, but wouldn't. I am thinking the whole dang company needs to retire. I just want to air my house out and raise my windows without getting a house full of bugs.
Description of Work: We just need window screen on 5 of our home windows. We are not being charged until the work is complete, but it should have been completed months ago.
