The fridge is still doing the same thing it did prior to the repair. Jim is supposed to come out after Christmas and attempt to repair it again.

Mr. Jim was on time, friendly and quick! He knew exactly what was wrong from the moment I called him! He was there when he said he' d be there and he gave us two repair options, temporary or permanent, cheap or expensive and he had the part necessary in his van! Very knowledgeable, with over 30 years in the business, we had him check our stove top, too! Very highly recommend his services, you can't go wrong with his experience!

Called Jim this morning and left a message. He called back within about an hour and scheduled to come out this afternoon and arrived earlier than expected. Found the problem within a few minutes and repaired and put the appliance back together within an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend.

Jim made an appointment for me for the next day after I called. He contacted me 15 minutes prior to his arrival. (The other guys, the big company, could not get to me for 8 days) Jim was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional working on my front load washer. He charged the minimum service call charge ($65) (the other guys charge over $200 minimim for my location in rural Hardin County, Tennessee.) I highly recommend Jim's Appliance Service for any major appliance repair work.

I found Jim's Appliance Service when I researched on line for GE appliance home repair service in our area. I made an appointment for the very next day. Mr Jim was here on time. He investigated thoroughly where the leak was coming from on the refrigerator. Having found the leaking value mr. Jim gave us two options of repair....1.) a very costly filtration valve vs 2.) a less expensive non filtration valve. Given that our refrigerator is over 15 yrs old we opted for the less expensive valve. Mr Jim replaced the valve and checked out everything was in perfect working order before he left our house. He had this done all within less than an hour! I was very impressed that Mr. Jim even mentioned the two options of repair. I highly recommend Jim's Appliance Service.
